The masterplan shows the key networks to the site. The two main movements of people being the movement of Hulme High St and the movement of homeless people from the city centre into Hulme. The plan also highlights the idea of creating a retail network along Stretford Rd and this become an epicentre for shopping in Hulme, creating a place which brings co-locality. The masteplan is all about connection and how this scheme can ultimately create co-locality in Hulme and with surrounding areas of the city.
